II’m Abdul, a manual driving instructor with Stoke Driving School, helping learners across Stoke-on-Trent become safe, confident drivers.
My approach is calm, patient and encouraging. I aim to make lessons a comfortable place to learn, where you can ask questions, work through challenges and build confidence at your own pace. Whether you’re a complete beginner, feeling nervous or returning after a break, lessons are tailored to your needs.
Learning to drive a manual car involves plenty of new skills. I break these down into clear, manageable steps, helping you develop clutch control, smooth gear changes and effective observations alongside good judgement and awareness.
During our lessons, we’ll practise on a variety of local roads, building your experience with junctions, roundabouts and everyday traffic situations. I want you to understand both what to do and why it matters, so you can make confident decisions independently.
My goal is to help you pass your driving test and develop the skills and safe habits you’ll use throughout your driving life.
