Yes. Vouchers can be used for either manual or automatic lessons, subject to instructor availability
in the learner’s area.
Can I choose a specific instructor?
Yes, where possible. We’ll either match the learner to the best local instructor for their needs,
or allocate the instructor you request if they have availability.
Can the voucher be used for test day car hire?
The voucher is for driving lessons only. Test day car hire and test fees are separate, but the
instructor will advise on this when the learner is closer to test-ready.
Are vouchers refundable?
Vouchers are normally non-refundable but can usually be transferred to another learner, subject
to our terms and instructor availability.
